Guidelines
- Sessions begin at the appointed time, at which point, I take about 5 minutes to check in, talking about what’s appropriate and important for your session. For energy work sessions, the check in might take a little longer.
- You can ask me anything about my experience, trainings and techniques but refrain from asking multiple questions about my personal life unless they are somehow related to the session. This time is for YOU. It is not about me.
- Every session starts with a breath awareness and/or a centering. Why a breath awareness? Focusing on the breath brings us into the present moment. Deep breathing releases stress and tension.
- During the session I am committed to being fully present. In other words, my mind needs to be where my hands are. Engaging in “small talk” that has nothing to do with the present moment creates disharmony and incoherence. The thinking mind gets activated which is counterproductive to the parasympathetic nervous system. Of course, a conversation has to happen when it is essential for your safety, comfort and well-being. Dialogues may occur during an Energy Session.
- I take my work seriously. It is a privilege to serve as a Massage Therapist and Energy Worker. I love my work, and I hope I will be able to offer my services many more years to come. Any session, whether it is Massage, Energy Work or Reflexology, has profound value for your well-being—physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. In silence, we can experience relaxation, body awareness and healing.
- At the end of the session, I might say an affirmation or a closing word. All sessions end at the appointed time. I invite you to get up slowly for safety reasons, and to get dressed in a timely manner.
With gratitude,

Cancellation Policy
I understand that emergency situations happen, and they are often unpredictable. I do appreciate, if possible, to cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to the session. When it is within the 24 hours and it is not an emergency, I will charge 50 % of the fee.
