I have been offering Bodywork since 1983. After my massage training in Zurich Switzerland, I furthered my education in the USA. Over the past 22 years while I was working at the Kripalu Center in the Healing Arts department, I did comprehensive trainings in Craniosacral Therapy, Neuromuscular work, Positional Therapy, Reiki, Energy Balancing and Integrated Energy Therapy.
During the year 2000, I completed the Kripalu Yoga Teacher program. I am also very familiar with the EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), Dr. Dawson Church, Tapping Solution, and with the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza.
I have a deep connection to nature, and am very fond of animals.
